If your ideal lifestyle involves a Saturday farmer’s market, local breweries, and a selection of dining, shopping and entertainment options in a village center, your home may be waiting in Vista. Well-designed green spaces, amusements and essentials are peppered throughout this primarily residential community, and at its heart is a vibrant downtown lined with vintage-style lamp posts. M ost people see the Village as all the fun places centering around the Main Street area. It’s a really neat community; it’s definitely up-and-coming after having been rather rural and agricultural in focus for so long. They’re starting to build out with new growth in the Village, so it’s on its way up housing wise. As you spread out from the Village, especially north and east, you’ll see windy roads and larger lots with no big thoroughfares. If you like a rural feeling with a bit more space, Vista is on the shortlist of communities I’d choose. It’s quieter than other spots in North County like some of the newer neighborhoods that have become more dense.
