We recently sold our house partnering with Andrew and Cabrillo Team. I can't say enough positive things about the professional and exceptional execution from the entire team.
We approached our sale carefully because there was a very impactful transaction. We interviewed several realtors in the area after narrowing down through online reviews. Once we met Andrew, his preparation for our initial meeting was exceptional. It never stopped after that point. Every step of the process from his entire team was professional.
For me personally, the thing that stood out the most was Andrew's business acumen. He had well thought out recommendations for every part of the complex transaction that is a home sale in California.

Cabrillo Realty handled the sale of my rental unit where, during the buyers inspection, a water leak was detected. Andrew coordinated and communicated between the contractors, HOA and buyers to expedite the repairs and ensure we remained in escrow. I’m not sure we would have completed the sale if it wasn’t for Andrew. I highly recommend the Cabrillo group as they are present and on it when you may need them the most.
