Born in California, Chuck has lived in North San Diego County since first moving to Vista in 1978. In 2004, he, his best friend and wife Stephanie, sons Caleb and Trevor and daughter Destanie moved to Valley Center where their youngest daughter Olivia joined them at birth in 2006. From 1990 to July 2017, Chuck enjoyed a challenging and successful career at the City of Vista where he ultimately retired in the public sector as a Public Works Director. Throughout his previous career, Chuck streamlined and executed strategies and methods that lead to an increase in workforce performance, elevated employee moral and exceptional stewardship in the administration of public resources for a population of 101,000 residents. Chuck's credentials include being a State of California Licensed Realtor, degrees in Horticulture/Landscape Mgmt. and Public Administration. He was also previously an International Society of Arborists (ISA), Certified Arborist, which was pre-requisite in the management of a municipal urban forest. Chuck is a competent and tireless Realtor who effectively represents both residential home and property buyers and sellers primarily throughout San Diego and the Riverside County's of Southern California.
