About Melanee Thys
Melanee is a graduate of CSU San Marcos with a BS in Kinesiology having a strong professional background with over 10 years of combined successful experience in personal training and fitness management. These experiences aren’t too far out from the industry of real estate as she has gained great insights on relationship building and emphasizing the need to meet her client’s needs. She fully grasps the importance of caring for each person as a whole, not just in part- making each client’s needs her number one priority. Melanee is newer to Cabrillo Team Realty and thoroughly enjoys her position in serving as a support for the whole team. Her strengths lie in paying close attention to the details and ensuring that deadlines are promptly met within the grand scheme of a complete transaction. As she works with clients and the rest of the team, her mission is to help them feel assured and confident throughout a transaction. Melanee provides gentle reminders related to the important timelines involved and always answers questions promptly, ensuring accuracy in her responses. A few words that describe Melanee are: driven, creative, hard-working, kind-hearted and diligent in her all that she does. Most of all, she is proud to be a part of a good-hearted team that puts others before themselves, placing high priorities in moral principles, authenticity, and a hard work ethic; always validating the importance of those we serve through relationships! When she’s not in the office Melanee loves being outdoors, camping, playing recreational sports, running competitively, practicing yoga, working on home projects and truly appreciates a variety of musical performances. She currently lives in San Marcos with her husband, Thomas and their two dogs, Hero and Pudge. Melanee is active in a local house church community; her deepest passions are centered on world missions and reaching out to today’s local youth and foster children.
