About Cailey Brinkman
Cailey was born and raised in East Texas and spent nine years living in Las Vegas where she worked in various marketing and administrative roles. In 2013 she began a sales career in vacation ownership, helping families from near and far build wonderful vacation memories. Although she never considered herself to be a “salesperson,” this position ignited her passion to connect and build relationships with people and help them achieve their goals. She found her love for real estate shortly after purchasing her first home and always knew that eventually, she would transition into the real estate industry. She pays close attention to detail and strives to exceed expectations of both clients and staff. Her previous positions taught her patience, effective communication, organizational skills, and the art of multi-tasking; all the while maintaining the focus on customer service. She is proud and excited to be a support to a team of dedicated, honest, and like-minded individuals who all have the same goal in mind: to serve and connect through relationships and making a positive difference in people’s lives.
Outside of the office, Cailey volunteers at her church in Mira Mesa where she and her husband are both musicians involved in the worship ministry. They live in Escondido and enjoy hiking and going to the beach with their dog, and exploring the many restaurants and coffee shops that San Diego has to offer. She also has an appreciation for relaxing at home, catching up on a book, and just simply spending quality time with her family.
A wife, believer, animal-lover, musician, ambivert, coffee enthusiast, and dreamer.

Deciding where to eat.
Mine has 4 paws and likes to dig us out of bed every morning.
Sleeping in and having a late breakfast with my husband. Then to the Little Italy Farmer’s Market with our pup, Ruka, and letting her run around to get all that Husky energy out at the dog park. Afterward, walking along the beach with fresh made Gelato. Ruka will successfully win our hearts after begging for a couple of licks of Gelato. Dinner with friends and family, and finally head home to finish the night with some Netflix and popcorn.
